Replacement of a product can only be availed by a customer under specific circumstances. 

Please note that this replacement policy is valid for only those customers who have purchased the product directly from our website. 

  1. The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
  2. Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is in defective condition or has a physical damage, within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer, if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report immediately to TRIGGR’s customer support team by raising a ticket. The request will, however, be entertained once a TRIGGR team member has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by TRIGGR.
  4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  5. TRIGGR’s customer support team will take an appropriate decision after looking into your complaint. In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact, will be picked up by the courier service arranged by us.
  6. A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances: 
  • Customers are not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product.
  • Pre-existing physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Damage caused by the user or an electrical surge.

Please note that no return or refund request shall be entertained by TRIGGR. 

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as much as possible, and therefore we have a liberal cancellation policy

However please note that under this policy: 

  1. Cancellations request will not be entertained if the shipping process of the order has already been initiated. 
  2. There is no cancellation on orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions.

Product Pricing

  1. All product prices listed on the website are up to date. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund to the customer.
  3. Prices are subject to change without any advance notice. All prices on this web site are in INR.  For international cards, the applicable exchange rates and charges will apply.
  4. Any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing.
  5. We will bill your order at price in effect at the time of raising the invoice. Our products are liable for GST in India.

Out of Stock situations

Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we are liable to process the refund.


Delivery of products

  1. Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 business days from receipt of payment.
  2. Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or postal services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday. Goods will need to be signed upon delivery.
  3. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
  4. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.  We are not responsible for any damage to the products after delivery.
  5. All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the Contact Us page on the web store.
  6. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
  7. In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
